Domain Renewals​

As a website design company, Monster Sites understands the importance of ensuring that our customers' websites are always accessible to their visitors. To help ensure that our customers' websites stay online, we require annual payments for the subscription to the WIX services, You can make a payment here In the event of non-payment, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including shutting down the website until payment is received.

If for any reason your payment fails to process on your renewal date, Monster Sites will send you a notification email to let you know that your subscription has not been renewed. We understand that there may be situations where payments may fail, and we are committed to helping our customers resolve these issues as quickly as possible. If you receive a notification email, please contact our customer support team immediately to resolve the issue and renew your subscription.

If we do not receive payment or hear back from you within a reasonable timeframe, we will be forced to shut down your website until payment is received. We understand that this may be inconvenient for you and your website visitors, and we will work with you to resolve any issues and get your website back online as soon as possible.

We take the security and reliability of our hosting services seriously, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping your subscription up to date. Cancellation of hosting:

You may cancel your hosting subscription at any time by notifying Monster Sites in writing giving a minimum of 30 days notice. Refunds will not be issued for any remaining subscription period.

Your websites Content
 
You are responsible for all content posted on your website, including text, images, and multimedia. You may not post any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to your website and its content.

Monster Sites reserves the right to terminate your hosting subscription at any time for any reason, including non-payment of the subscription fee. If your subscription is terminated, your website will be taken offline.
