We do advise that you take out a retainer with your new website. This is because although your website is finished it will need regular updates to ensure it ranks on Google and fresh for your customers. As your business develops so will your website, so it's always good to have a member of our team on standby.
Can i cancel a support plan at any time?
Yes you are in control. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any point via your customer dashboard under the "Subscription Tab"
What if i don't use all of my allocated support each month?
The answer is simple, we roll over any un-used time to the following month. This way you can rest assured you get exactly what you pay for.
